Terrific experience dealing with Hadley and Joanne throughout my tenancy. I was impressed by the level of professionalism they both showed while still taking the effort to ensure that they remained approachable, well informed and friendly representatives of Mortar and Soul.Fast response time when required - at the start of my tenancy I found myself at 9pm on a Friday night with the house system alarm being triggered and not knowing how to disarm it. Hadley and Joanne both got back to me within a 10 minute time frame and managed to locate the code for me almost immediately, despite the late hour and being put on the spot at the time.Couldn’t be happier with the service provided, great job guys!
