Had our property managed by this disgrace of an agent. Property was left damaged with chunks out of our floor, power sockets and lights hanging off, absolutely filthy, damaged doors and walls - all to be told ‘we’re no longer managing the property & therefore not getting paid so we’re not taking this to court!’They will literally take your money and run! They do not care for properties or for the owners rights and seem to only want to represent the tenants!God forbid you ask for additional documentation, you’ll be left hanging for weeks! This company is an absolute joke and I would never recommend to anyone - not event my worst enemy!Avoid at all costs if you want your property maintained in a neat & tidy manner.
