I was lucky to be in a rental property that was managed by Georgia, Georgia was always responsive to my emails and if I had any issues Georgia acted quickly to have them resolved. Even if it was just a leaky tap!!If I owned investment properties I would not hesitate to work with Jacky Ladbrook Real Estate.

Still waiting on repairs after 24+ weeks....Be very careful before becoming a tenant that is managed" by this agency.Make that 26 weeks and taking no responsibility whatsoever. and That is Jacky herself...."

My husband and I rented a propety through Jacky Ladbrook Real Estate, earlier this week. The customer service we received from our first enquiry until we received the keys to the property, was outstanding. I viewed the property with Tara, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. My husband and I signed our agreement with Georgia. Due to a vehicle rollover bringing traffic to a standstill on theFreeway, we were considerably late getting to the Attadale office. Georgia waited for us after office hours , knowing that we had no other accomodation for that night. We cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for a Company who gives amazing service in Real Estate, look no further.
