What a joke. ‘Team of property experts.????” Where’s the team hiding? Mikyla Claims to manage Strata properties, yet fails to answer phone or respond to emails, ever. Not even sure this company is legitimate....So, ..Just dropped by the office of Stellar Park Property Group, seems a finance company occupies that address, wonder where Mikyla is hiding. This company does not exist, what a sham.

I've been a Tennant with mikyla at stellar Park realty for going on my second year now and what a breeze it has been when ever there's been an issue it has always been rectified almost instantly and the family vibe I get from all of the managers who attend for inspections is outstanding would rate more if I could but 5s the limit!!! Such a pleasant experience

The team at Stellar Park Property were such a breath of fresh air to deal with. Every staff member I dealt with directly was friendly, professional and responsive in our requests, and a big shout out goes to Mikyla who went above and beyond to make our rental experience (although only 6 months) in Mount Lawley both pleasant and stress-free. We moved to Perth in the midst of a rental crisis, and it was so comforting dealing with Stellar Park who were open and quick in their communication with us. After having some not so great experiences with property managers in QLD, it was so so good to then have property managers who knew what they were doing!! up to date and clear rental ledgers and receipts, clear and open communication and a go-to person who responds to all our emails within a 48 hour time period. Thank you Mikyla and Stellar Park for such a good experience :)
